Stretching The Time Through Breathing
I found a way to set my power in biking just by doing “re-mapping” my pattern in breathing.
I love biking. I prefer short touring, riding a maximum of 50~80km, visiting one or two destinations in a day just for enjoying the meal. Certainly, I will find a destination that has scenery or relatives to be attached with.
There are two scenarios that I always prepared before biking. I set a route that had mild inclination on the way, just to assessing my muscle into its best performance. I also set a route that had a checkpoint to reset my heart rate into normal condition. That includes a place to got back my breath rate, back to a normal rate again.
This kind of exercise has many impacts on my daily activities. A lot of activities, or our activities, amplified our unconsciousness or sub-consciousness to controlled our gestures. The works of subconsciousness ideally are for a support system, that cannot be accountable to count as part of our work hour. So, I believe to whom that said, “Routines Kill You.”
“The Routines” could scrape our ability to control the details. I love to set the analogy to this situation. Let’s take a look to racing car, like formula one or World Rally’s Car. There are a lot of (controlling) buttons, maybe two times or three times than our normal (daily) car. That situation requires another level of skill to controlling. Otherwise, “another level of skill” will refers to another assessment to improve our skill in controlling variables, and that disembogue us to maintaining consciousness.
Our Breath and The Time
Our breath is one of the best tools to measure our consciousness, but, also the best “prober” to test and shift our controlled task into the zone of “routine that kills you”. One way to set our breath as a tool to set our consciousness is by converting our breath into counted variables and set the exercise with that counting variables.
Relation between breath and counting (times), will shape the relation between our body shape and times. We can say that we’re halfway to the destination of understanding gravity, how to attach with time, space, and the stream of capitalizing meaning in one path, a path of synchronicity.
The synchronicity will lead us to set ourselves always in the highest level of consciousness, in enlightening level, in the level that another aspect of the universe will synchronize with our moment. We’re going to be able to set ourself as “agent of the universe”.
